Refund policy

Returns

Products sold in our store have a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt to report any defects in order to apply for warranty coverage.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by the end user or any damage that is not the responsibility of CyberCacheTv.

CyberCacheTv must verify that the reported defect is indeed a manufacturing issue. To do so, CyberCacheTv will conduct tests on the returned device and verify that the product's serial number matches the one sold. Based on this assessment, CyberCacheTv will determine whether the product qualifies for a refund. This process will take up to three (3) business days after receiving the returned product. If eligible, CyberCacheTv will issue a full or partial refund within 24 business hours of the final assessment.

CyberCacheTv will not cover the cost of returning a product internationally under any circumstances.

For national returns within Panama, CyberCacheTv will only cover return shipping costs if the company determines that it is responsible for the damage or omission.


Refunds

CyberCacheTv will not refund any fees charged by the payment platform used by the buyer. In the event of a refund, the customer will receive only the amount CyberCacheTv received after payment processing fees have been deducted.
