Motorola today introduced the new member of the Edge family, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo. This device has a 6.55-inch curved screen and the ability to charge its battery up to 50% in just 15 minutes.



The technology company is very confident in the success of this line, as it expects it to represent 10% of total sales of Motorola products in 2024. In addition, it has stressed that it maintains its partnership with Pantone to offer a wide range of colors to its products. devices, and this collaboration even extends to the choice of materials, such as the vegan leather covers featured on the new Motorola Edge 40 Neo family.

This smartphone is equipped with a 6.55-inch pOLED display with curved edges on both sides, with support for HDR10+ and DCI-P3, and an FHD+ resolution. In addition, it has a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a brightness of up to 1300 nits.

In terms of performance, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo integrates a 5-nanometer MediaTek Dimensity 7030 processor, with 5G and WiFi 6E connectivity. It offers a configuration of 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, especially standing out in the battery section.


The 5000 mAh battery quickly charges to 50% in just half an hour thanks to 68W TurboPower technology, and it's important to note that Motorola includes the charger in the box with all of its smartphones.

In terms of photography, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a 50-megapixel main camera that captures 40% more light than the previous model, the Motorola Edge 30 Neo. It also incorporates optical image stabilization (OIS) and instant focus. The macro camera is 50 MP, and the front selfie camera is 32 MP.
